Right now, he has 2 that we're concerned about because they're both a little over $5000. Going by the last date of activity + 6 months, they're both about 3 years old. On one of them, we just sent off a Cease Comm letter because they were supposedly a really bad collection agency. All the hang ups on our answering machine have now stopped too. I dont' know if it was them or not, but....

The one that I'm really concerned about at the moment is currently with an Attorney collector that is only about an hour away, maybe less. I do believe that they do more that just work with collections. We just received a notice from them on Friday that they have the account. They haven't threatened to sue yet but with them being so close, I'm sure you can understand my concern. I'm getting the validation letter ready to send out to them, but I'm still really terrified at the moment of what they're going to do.

I thought if you filed bancruptcy, they made you sell a lot of your stuff that they considered luxury items, like any computers and extra TVs and things like that.
