Okay, I'll have him look into then. Hopefully we can find an attorney who offers a free consultation on it an is affordable. Which chapter would be best to file and allows us to keep everything? And bancruptcy covers all current cards and collections right? Can you keep any credit cards out of it, or are you required to lose them all? I've also heard that you should pretty much stop using them for a while before you file....maybe use them for small things or something but you shouldn't have large amounts of activity on them.
