Yep, that's pretty much it.....he had all his credit cards before we got together and my name isn't on any of them...not even the bank account. I have one card that's open, a gas card. I got him a card that has his name on it, but the bill and the account are in my name....had it before he came along, so it's not a joint account. I'm pretty sure they don't even have his SS#. And everything I've seen says there are only 9 community property states and Ohio is not one of them.
