I have looked at lawdog and cannot seem to find information on the statute of limitations in the state of Florida. I was wondering what constitutes restarting the clock on the statute of limitations in the state of Florida? The last payment was 5 years ago, but early on we were contemplating BK and told some callers that we were. Would that start the clock over?
