I was wondering what can be done to someone who pulls your credit report without your consent? This particullar individual has been stalking and harrassing me for years and I recently learned that at their previous employer (a medical collection agency) they pulled my credit report. (I do not have any past due Dr.s bills and this is why the inquiry raised my suspicion.) I have since then moved and am doing my damnedest to keep my whereabouts under raps. I have everything sent to a P.O. Box etc... But some creditors want my physical address. Is there anyway that the CRA can be made to make your address and telephone numbers "unlisted"? This is really scary.
