We had excellent credit but had got in over our heads and it was getting difficult to keep making all the payments on time. We went to CCCS. Withing 3 months we were in such a big mess. We had creditors calling us night and day telling us they hadn't received our payment, etc. CCCS always took our money on time, but never paid our bills on time, didn't followup when a creditor said they didn't receive the payment and would not return our phone calls or answer our letters.

We had one credit card company who filed a suit against us and was going to guarantee our pay checks. We went and seen an attorney who advised us at that point to file bankruptcy which we did. I am still in shock that it all happened. Do you know of anyone ever suing CCCS and winning?
