I got ANOTHER call from the Lawyers office representing Sears. I made arrangements for payments and this seems fishy...I told her I was served a summons..she knew nothing about it! She said it should be served by a sherrif! This teenage kid was NO sherrif! He had 3 earrings in one ear!! She was very snippy and got defensive when I was asking questions...what do I do? I think I made a big mistake but she said they were going for wage garnishments from my employer! They were suing me through my employer...is this right? I am so ignorant to all of this. I have read a lot on the internet about laws and I am so totally scared. Anyone with advice...my ex-husband is an investigator and he says it sounds fishy...
