Ahhhhh, OK. Well look at those court documents and see what they say. They will have an amount on them, along with the name of the company suing you, the lawyer's name, the court where you are supposed to appear, and the date and time you should be there. If you don't show up, they will be able to garnish your paycheck. If you show up, most of those judges will be sympathetic with your situation, especially since you have been trying to pay. Take your kids with you, LOL. That will make him even more sympathetic, and the kids will get a civics lesson. Just go to court and tell the judge your situation. He will make them work with you. They think you won't show up and they will get to take a big chunck of your paycheck. Don't let that happen!!! Linda
