Since I made payment arangements, I do not have to go to court now. I have tried to make arangements with them in the past few months and they have wanted too much money. Something just seems wierd...The lady said I would be receiving a summons, I told her I got it already from a teenage kid. She said it should have been served by a sherrif and she knew nothing about the one I got. The teenager helped himself to my apartment by opening my front door! Now the court case is cancelled just like that becuase I am on a payment agreement? It seems odd. She said since they are a lawyers office she cannot send me something every time thay take out money from my account. I told her I needed documentation of what the terms are and how much is coming out and when in writing! Also, she said she needs a copy of my child support stub...They can't use that as income I thought...why does she need this? She said to prove I am divorced...I can send her a copy of my divorce papers then. They can't count child support as income, can they? It's not a regular thing (for me anyway). Does all of this sound right?
