It says Sears vs. me and the amount owed. It said the time and date and what courthouse to go to. It was notarized. Another paper saying I am not in the armed forces. The way she said things to me was that they were suing my employer for the money...what is that? I am going to call tonight and see what I can do about the teenager. I didn't sign anything, should I have? How do they know I got the papers? How do they know some other person didn't say it was me? This is really crazy. The problem I have is when I ask questions the lady gets prissy and seems like she is trying to avoid questions or like she said she didn't know anything about the papers I got...how do they not know if a person got served papers they ordered? I think I may try to contact a lawyer.
