Do you think I should just file bankruptcy anyway? I was looking into it anyways. It's amazing what divorce can do to you, isn't it? I just want to get a house and now it is all screwed up. My daughter has been affected by this too. She sees me stressed and she worries about me. I try not to let her see me upset but sometimes it is hard. If anyone has dealt with Sears, Please respond your problems you have had.
