fraudulent activities on my credit report

Help please. I requested a copy of my credit report from all three CRA's. There was a ton of stuff on there that didn't belong to me. There were accounts on there that were opened in 1982.I was 6 years old then. How do I dispute these accounts. And what do i do if the CRA say that there mine. how do they actually verify that this is my account. How do I get proof that i never had that account?
