Huh? You should have done something about this back when it happened!! Wow!! You don't have to accept their preapproved card. They are trnasferring the balances from those charged off debts onto those new cards - supposedly to give people another chance. I wouldn't touvh it, but some people are ecstatic.

I can't understand how you could let something like that go. There are laws about those things, and you can call you states consumer protection dept. or attorney general any time anything like that happens.

I think before you get any more cards, you should educate yourself. No offense intended. The law covering credit card billing is the Fair Credit Billing Act.
