Thank you for the reply ! I'll do just that. May be they will show a little more respect to their customers in the future.
For a company to act so all fired-up for a payment, they sure don't act like they really want it. They really pushed hard for me to make the payment by telephone. Nope, I want proof they received it, date, time, and who signed for it.
Maybe their ignoring my mailed payment is their method of paying me back for not doing the phone- payment thing.
