I'd appreciate it if someone could please provide more information on this subject. I am also facing the prospect of bankruptcy vs. not paying most of my credit card debt. If bankruptcy is filed, I stand to possibly lose property. How bad is it if one can no longer pay most of their credit card debt? Some balances range from $2,000 up to $6,000 per card for a total of nearly $30,000. What are the chances of being sued by these companies, etc... Please provide as much information as possible. Many thanks.
