I posted on this board last month and I am getting help now. I have lawyers contacting me willing to try to help me and review my papers and help me. If you are dealing with Sears like I am...good luck! Even if you only owe them $100.00 they want it! and they will turn your account over to horrible people who just abuse you and intimidate you into paying. Whenevr possible, keep records of everything, jot down dates, times and who you talked to...I couldn't get them to tell me their names half the time! Probably becuase they knew what they were saying was illegal! I cannot buy a house now because of this and the thought of filing bankruptcy scares me. From now on...I PAY CASH!!
