Hi,
I got a settlement check in the mail on January
2nd for .86.I'd really like to sue and get what
the attorneys put in their pocket.
Can we start a petition against the credit card
companies that says they will not give an offer to any person who has filed bankruptcy, and any
spouse can sue the credit card company when there
was a credit card or cards that led to the first
bankruptcy. I'm currently married to a guy that
has no financial self control. He hid the credit
cards from me and now he is very far in debt.
If you know an attorney that I can talk to about
this please give me his name because the laws
need to be changed to protect some women who are
in the same situation I'm in. If I were not on
disability and unable to drive I would probably get a divorce.
