Your friend just might find herself charged with a felony. Giving the tools to a business she or a friend controls (or any business/person) would not relieve her of the personal obligation to repay the amount charged. Most "corporate" credit cards are issued with a personal guarantee by the owner, so if the business goes under, the owner is still liable for any balance.

A clue is the request for the owner/officers social security number on the application.
