Dear Keith:

I have a Mortgage Credit Reporting Agency for the past 11 years. Just wanted you to know a little about my background. Generally speaking, the statute of limitations would be 10 years from the date of last activity, which would be the date that the judgements were originally rendered. The judgements may also be re-instated if it is done before the judgement the statute of limitations has expired. Just to let you know, I am not an attorney. Perhaps you should consult one for information specific to your state.
