I agree with the credit card company on what they say if for 3 months someone was charging on your credit card without your knowledge then that is your fault. You pay your bill every month when you get a statement and you never noticed that things were being charged that you did not buy. I can see that for 1 month they would take off the debt that was not your but not for 3 months. Now if you notified them the 1st month and it kept happening then that is their fault because they should have changed your account number and put into their systems that the other card was stolen and not authorize any purchases. So keep fighting if you feel you were wronged but think about the first part of my letter and the second based on which one is true use commonsense and see if it was your fault or not.
