Father's Death

My father has passed away and we have not received a death certificate yet and it may take 6 or 7 more weeks before we get one.. i am having a problem with a credit card firm that keeps calling my aunts house (were my father use to live) and demanding payment of the card.. i called the company and asked them to stop because my aunt is old and it upsets her to here that my father is dead every single day. I called the company and they told me untill they get a death certificate they can do no changes to the account.. and will continue calling.. is there anything i can do or say to make them stop it is really hurting my aunt having to deal with that every single day.. please help.. thanks sammy
