If you got your report online, look for the link that says "are there errors on your report?" - you can dispute right online. Print each dispute page so you can keep trakc of it. The explanations of the codes are somewher on the website - I'm not sure exactly where.

If you got your report in the mail, the explanations for the codes should be right there on the report, and there should also be another piece of paper (separate) for disputes.
