If they never answered your letter, and have changed the dates on your report or on the court papers, then just go to court and tell the judge (take your proof, but you probably won't even need it). They do not expect you to show up. They think they will get a default judgment, and then garnish your pay without ever proving anything.

Then sue them for violations of the FCRA and FDCPA. $1,000 a pop. They know that most people are afraid of court and don't show up, and they are not expecting to have to prove anything.

Good work, by the way!! I practically guarantee you they do not have any proof of anything, and the judge will help you. You don't need a lawyer if you have the proof you say you have.
