If you want a mortgage, you will have to pay them. Contact the court where the judgment was filed to get the information about who, where and how much to pay.

If you did not know about them then who got served with the summons. When someone gets a judgment against you, they have to take you to court. When they take you to court they have to send you official court papers - a sumons to appear. If you never got the summons, you might want to look at that when you go to the court to check on this.

If you were never served, the judgments can be vacated (set aside).

If you just pay them, they will come off your credit reports seven years from the date the were originally filed.
