Well, technically he doesn't have to remove it. I would just wait a little while and see if he does. If not, send him a letter (nice polite letter) telling him you are sorry to inconvenience him, but your credit is important to you, blah blah blah please please... Then if he doesn't, you should just dispute it with the credit bureau, and hope he doesn't answer. Linda
