They did that to me back in September!!! Even if you still had the paperwork there is no phone number or correct address for them. Through some detective work I found out it is a NY Corporation but the attorney listed as the registered agent knows nothing about them. He was only hired to prepare the corporate papers. I finally got a number through the BBB web sight, called it and was put on perpetual voice activated menues. I've written to them and the BBB and still have not seen one thing from them Credit Card, rejection, or $ back, NOTHING.

If I do hear anything I will post.
