Your old credit report will do exactly what you need. The attorneys are bluffing - they think you will be too scared to come to court (in that case they would get a judgment and then they could go after your money). Just show up, present your defense to the judge, and enjoy the look on that attorney's face when it is dismissed. That will be one ticked off attorney.

While you are there in the courts complex, go to small claims and file your suit against them for violations of the FCRA if they have put the re-aged account on your current credit report. That's an easy $1,000 for your troubles. :)
