This outfit is owned by OSI who also owns Account Portfolio Services, Perimeter Credit. They sometimes switch between one another when in fact they are owned by the same company. I believe this company has been found in violation of FCRA regulations before and they still continue. The BBB's don't do much & I'm not sure how much the federal govt does either for these violations.
