I went through a no-fault divorce and made the mistake of not canceling all joint accounts, in particular to credit cards. I have paid my share of one, the second a judgement was signhed against myself and ex. Ex had made an agreement with collection company and has since paid more than half off, although I fear she won't "clean-up account completely.
