Probably the same thing they can do to anyone else... except that if they sue and win a judgement (or whatever they do involving the courts) I don't think they can garnish his SS checks. I think that's the only difference from anyone else. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong any experts out there. I could go verify this but I'm too lazy at the moment.)
