When did you default on this? The fact that they re-aged the debt doesn't affect their ability to sue you. The statute of limitations might affect their ability to get a judgment.

In MA the SOL is 6 years from the date the account first became continuously delinquent. If it hasn't been 6 years, show up in court and say it isn't your debt - make them prove it. A lawyer could help. There are things they can do to really slow these guys down, even if it is your debt.
