Just got a response from the BBB. (I'm sorry just got a Complaint number from the BBB) They have contacted the co. and are waiting for their resonse. The BBB's web sit I contacted was - www.bbbsouthland.org - They also are how I got the useless voice mail number. GOOD LUCK I'll keep you posted.
