Don't panic ! If they take you to court you do not even have to show up,(unless you have a defense -like- I don't owe the $$) They will get a default judgement. This means they can put a lien on your car (if you have one with any equity) or get a garnishment on your wages,if you have a job. It makes it harder to get a job if you are looking. If citibank contacts you,try to get them to reduce the interest and make a payment plan you can keep up with.Your college might have a credit counseling service that can help.
