I have the same problem- I was a student and the school offered Southwest Services College Card to pay for my tuition. It into default judgement because I couldn't pay when I was a student and they wouldn't lower my payments. Now instead of $9K, w/ court fees and state statute of 10% DAILY interest, my balance jumped up to $15,000 and I've been paying for 2 years and it went down only $200!! I need help here too, because the interest is crazy, my balance will never go down at this rate- I live in CA
