The unfortunate "house of cards" Frankenstein's monster that the credit card companies created is collapsing quickly.Once you have a judgement on file,unless you are in a State and in a position where you are "judgement proof" i.e. no lienable assets and exempt from garnishment,the only solution is filing bankruptcy. And the sooner the better, as the longer you wait,the longer it will take to restore your credit and peace of mind.
