I am actually with a debt counseling service, helped in every account I have EXCEPT this judgement one, due to the fact that it's handled by a collection agency acting as a law office- I didn't even know they put me in judgement until after the fact, they didn't even give me a chance to show up in court and explain my situation. I don't plan on filing for bankruptcy, but I want better advice on how who to use or consult on this situation.
