I forgot to ask about Ziinet in my earlier post. They sell a bankruptcy filing service online. They say they have a way to file bankruptcy without it showing up on the credit bureaus. Sounds too good to be true to me. On the other hand they say they are approved for use with the Oregon Bankruptcy courts. I called the court to verify this and it's true. I don't know if that means everything they say is true but I suppose it does lend them some credibility. Anyone know if they are a good serive or not? Thanks.
