No, they are not allowed to update the DOLA. Read the FTC opinion letter I posted here!!! DOLA does not change. Fees and interest are regulated by each state. You can find them at http://www.lawdog.com Nitsa, I don't know where you get your info, but some of it is incorrect. Linda
