Hi,
I am a full time student with a baby sitting job. I recently went through a credit counseling service to help with my debt. Everything was going fine. This was only 2 days ago BTW. Today I got a call from a creditor saying that they were sending a summons over the $900 bill. I told him that CCCS is now handling my credit issues and he laughed at me and said he doesn't care its too late. Is he just trying to scare me??? The CCCS guy hasn't gotten back to me yet but I am worried. I just called CCCS yesterday and he told me not to talk with these people. Any help is greatly appreciated. I live in PA. Cecilia
