They took postdated checks and deposited on the day the checks were made for. You may be right and they may be illegal, I honestly don't know, but attorney's are asking for them and the bottom line is that it helped me get out of the debt. That was my only interest. I'm not trying to figure out ways to get out of my bad debt. I'm curious to know what exactly I wrote that was wrong. I wrote of an actual situation that occurred.
