Do you have a payment agreement letter from the attorney? If so, there might be a remote possibility that you could approach the court and ask that the judgement be vacated. When was the judgement entered in the court? If before the agreed to date of your first payment you may have a slight chance of having vacated. Worth a try! Without a written agreement it's very tough to prove. Also were you served a summons to appear from the court. Not answering is a big no, no.
