It is easy to get out of debt if you have lots of $$,even easier if you don't get into debt in the first place!! However, most people need realistic solutions. To find a lawyer, go to prairielaw.com or your local non-profit debt counseling service. Doing something illegal, or letting a collection agent do something illegal (as nitsa has done) is a bad idea. If the collector is going to break the law anyway, they may not really be crediting your account or releasing judgements, or clearing your credit record.Once you decide to clear your credit, don't mess things up by using short cuts like cheating "credit fixers". Pay cash in the future,or get a bank account debit card, and use credit for things like homes or cars, and not the latest electronic toys or pizzas.College should be a beginning, not a monkeywrench for your future.
