I have a couple of negative items on my credit report, and was wondering if this approach would work in settling the debt. Could we agree that in exchange for a payment, I would dispute the debt, and the debtor not verify the debt? This would result in a payment for the company, and the total removal of the item in question??? thanks in advance for any response
