Thanks for the link...I did see something that I'm curious about. Under garnishments, it tells you to look at the Federal Garnishment Exemption
that's quoted there. Now, it also says Garnishment limited to once a month per employee.

Does this mean that they can only take 25% of non-exempt income from one paycheck? That would mean that on a paycheck of about $360 a week, after subtracting the $154 that is exempt, they would only get $53 a month? If this is true, that does make me feel a bit better if a judgement did happen. If they take it out of every paycheck, we'd loose over $200 a month.
