Sorry-got my url's mixed up. The problem in Ohio is that certain sales are split between written contracts and "other" in their laws.(mostly commercial cases) This does NOT effect credit cards,which are considered "open". (this is not a legal opinion as I am not an Ohio attorney) There have been,years ago several cases around the country on this subject where credit card companies tried and failed to get their credit agreements classified as"written contracts" If you have any questions,post to the Ohio Bar Association website. http://www.fidelityinfocorp.com/state_list.html
