Well my boyfriend that I live with is going to help me out. He was originally gonna try to pay the creditors themselves, but the monthly payments they wanted were starting to get very high. So he recommended I call CCCS and since he takes care of all the bills and expenses I have they took my case on. My boyfriend told me that my accounts weren't really in collections because it was still the store behind another name making the collection. I was amazed when they told me they were gonna take my car away and get me fired from my job. As of now I am not talking to these people, and I have a decent payment plan that is gonna be started with CCCS. Thanks for your help Linda.
