I have to agree. Just outlast them. Why on earth are you wanting to settle now? You can send them a letter asking them to prove that the debt is yours, and include a request that they only contact you by mail - tell them they can no longer call you on the phone. I kind of suspect that the harrassment is what's motivating you to pay them something. You're almost home free.
