Is it possible to have a judgment against you and not know it? Also, should I request a validiaton from this last agency or should I just let them know I know it's been longer than three years and see what happens? It's been longer than seven, but I don't know if I have the original documentation, I have old letters from other agencies that go back 5-6 years, I think. I know I need to write the credit bureaus, but I want to make sure the time is up. Thanks so much for your responses, it is really a big help
