Skip Trace gets the wrong guy

I've had a collection agency call my house 3 times asking if I lived at such and such address. I have not - They have the wrong Ed. I have perfect credit, subscribe to credit monitoring services and pay all my bills on time. How do I get these people to stop calling me???
