24 months, as a rule. Not having the judgment reported on your credit report is not grounds to have it vacated. The credit bureaus just haven't had any reason to do a search for public records on you. The reasons a judgment can be vacated vary from state to state, but the best thing to do, is to go to the courthouse and get a copy of the paperwork that was filed, and see if you can find something wrong with it, or take it to a lawyer who can pick it apart.
